MVHS choir made their way down to Southern Utah for Choir tour this year! We had so many fun experiences, and had the opportunity to learn from not one, but two college professors! We were lucky to attend and observe a rehearsal of the DSU Chamber singers and following that were able to clinic with their professor Dr. Hale which was such an awesome growing experience for all three choirs! We were also fortunate to clinic with Professor Weiller at UNLV which brought even more musical growth for both Mr. Taylor and the choir students. Along with those two awesome clinics, some of the other highlights of tour include, hiking around Zion National Park, swimming at the Washington City Rec. Center, walking around and touring historic St. George, seeing Forever Plaid at Brigham's Playhouse, and riding the rides at the top of the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. The choir's were able to share their musical talents by performing at Zion National Park, and The historic St. George Tabernacle. Overall, it was a fun filled week spent with the awesome MVHS choir students!
